Kerry Kelly and The Freedom Hooves: Hooves is appreciated
To the editor:
Thank you, Freedom Hooves, for such a beautiful and wonderful day we all had on the trail ride at Duffy Mountain on June 7. There was a 5-mile and an 11-mile ride with 46 riders in attendance. It started at about 9 a.m. and the last rider in was at 2 p.m. The weather was fantastic! We got some awesome pictures and everyone had fun! Thank you to all the board members and staff of Freedom Hooves and all of the volunteers for their generous help, and especially the community support for the donations of all kinds for a very successful ride. Also the most important is all the riders who came to enjoy the day, we couldn’t have had so much fun without you. Freedom Hooves is a Therapeutic Riding program for children, adults and veterans of all ages. For additional information, call Joan at Freedom Hooves at 970-701-9085.
