“The Disney Way” is one such opportunity I invite you to attend. The workshop is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon Friday, May 13 at Colorado Northwestern Community College, located at 2801 West 9th St. in Craig.

This presentation — co-sponsored by CNCC, Craig Chamber of Commerce and CMEDP — is designed to assist business owners foster a culture of customer service excellence.

Disney expert and author Bill Capodagli will share the leadership and customer service lessons he’s learned that have made the Disney brand and experience so successful.

There are ideas in the workshop that can be applied to every employer, employee and business. This unique program, when applied as a team effort, can set in motion a “customer-centric” plan for your business — large or small.

“The Disney Way” workshop attendees will be also given the opportunity to attend a three-day retreat training in Grand Lake this fall at a discounted rate.
