Incidents reported for Aug. 31
Gretta Padersen, 22, was issued a citation for speeding and for not using a seat belt.
Joe Irwin, 30, was issued a citation for speeding and for not using a seat belt.
Stacy Kincade, 30, was issued a citation for not using a seat belt, driving with a broken window and with no taillights.
Leslie McGee, 34, was issued a citation for not using a seat belt.
Michael Chamblin, 31, was issued a citation for driving with expired plates.
Vickie Langlais, 41, was issued a citation for not using a seat belt.

Alan Ernet Dietrich, 40, was booked for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Lewis Knez, 55, was issued a citation for speeding 10 to 19 mph over the speed limit.
Don Keith Critton, 44, was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Steven Duncan, 18, was issued a citation for speeding.
Jushua Jones, 22, was issued a citation for speeding 10 to 19 mph over the speed limit and driving with expired plates.
Kenneth Clark Meagher, 23, was booked for driving with an open container in the vehicle.

Lorri Anne Welborne, 34, was booked on a criminal arrest warrant.
Samuel Ramos, 18, was issued a citation for driving without a driver’s license.
A bicycle valued at $20 was reported stolen from a house on the 1500 block of Barclay Street.
Wayne Allen Wagner, 18, was issued a summons for damage to property and unlawful acts.

It was reported that oil tanks outside of City Market were leaking. The Craig/Rural Fire Department responded by laying down a substance to absorb the oil.
It was reported that the Moffat County High School had been egged for the third time since school started. There was no damage reported.
A summons was issued to a juvenile for cruelty to animals after he was seen slamming a kitten against a dumpster.

Aaron Ruybalid, 21, was issed a citation for riding a bicycle with no headlight.
Jeremy Vigil, 19, was arrested for third-degree assault and domestic violence.

Ronald George Jensen, 30, was booked for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Amber Breen, 16, was given a safety belt award.
Daniel Vesley, 17, was given a safety belt award.
Corrine Roberts, 17, was given a safety belt award.
Richard Paddon, 17, was issued a summons for speeding.
Channelle Southard, 25, was issued a citation for failure to use a child restraint on a 3-year-old and failure to provide proper restraints for two other juveniles.
A vehicle was reported stolen from the 700 block of W. Ninth Street. Its approximate value was $5,000.
