Charles Edward Uihlein, 23, was booked for failure to appear.
Aaron Mohl, 17, was issued a safety belt award.
Christopher Miller, 16, and Garrett Bodnovich, 17, were issued a safety belt award.
It was reported that a home and safe were broken into on 13th Street. Pain medication was stolen.

David Eugene Sutton, 43, was booked for crimes against a person after he allegedly hit a woman and sprayed her with paint.

Edward Troupe, 20, was issued a summons for unlawful acts.
The theft of a vehicle was reported on the 1000 block of Sixth Street. The vehicle was valued at $1,000.
Jesse Gore, 18, was issued a summons for careless driving.

Kimberly Wagner, 39, was issued a summons for speeding.
