Hospital board will consider asking Moffat County commissioners to sell property
CRAIG — A request to the Moffat County Board of County Commissioners to sell block 15, lot 29-3, which has been used by the public health provider — Memorial Regional Health — will be considered when the MRH Board of Trustees meets Thursday, Sept. 20.
Other actions to be considered include:
• Discussion and approval of the 2018-19 organization goals.
• Approval of an affiliation agreement.
• Approval of an EPIC hosting agreement.
• Approval of a trauma designation commitment resolution.
Before discussing new business, board members plan to convene concurrent executive sessions to review matters of negotiation pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4) (e), and to review personnel matters pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(f) to consider the terms of physician contracts, and to review matters of negotiation pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4) (e).
The board will also consider approval of a meeting minutes consent agenda; a consent agenda to approve project and equipment expenses recommended by the finance committee; approval of privileges of medical staff, including for a licensed clinical social worker and a specialist in pediatric pulmonary disease; reports will be provided to the board by both the CFO Kelsea Henry and CEO Andy Daniels.
The board meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the boardroom of The Memorial Hospital, 750 Hospital Loop.
Board members will meet for dinner at 5 p.m.
