Horoscope for April 16, 2009

ARIES (March 21-April 19) – If you want to be happy, make sure that you are heading in the direction where you want life to take you. Only you can figure out what that is and what you must do to get things rolling.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20) – Loud, raucous places and boisterous people unravel you. Seek out some more serious spaces where you can learn and share your thoughts.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20) – You’ll do rather well in joint endeavors where you share the same goals with ambitious people.

CANCER (June 21-July 22) – When discussing important issues with others, strive to be open-minded, not opinionated. There is far more power in unity and harmony.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) – Tasks you normally dread won’t be as arduous or distasteful if you adopt a cheerful attitude and have some fun while you work.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) – You’re apt to find a social experience far more pleasurable when it is limited to just a few special, intimate pals.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23) – This is a good day to take care of those domestic choresg. Tackle as many as you can while you’re still in the mood.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 22) – Your frankness and honesty will impress those with whom you have dealings – as long as you do so in a pleasant and amicable manner.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23-Dec. 21) – You don’t always have to be influenced by the purposefulness of why you’re doing something, but this could have a strong influence over you.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) – Taking a back seat to others is always difficult to do, so you’ll need to be careful about how you conduct yourself if you want to be the one calling the shots.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 19) – Hunches on ways to improve your lot in life may flood your consciousness. Too much distrust could cause you to ignore what you sense to be possible. Follow your instincts.

PISCES (Feb. 20-March 20) – Seek out companions who are ambitious go-getters. Being with doers will override your timidity and have a stimulating effect upon your own industriousness.
