Grand Futures Prevention Coalition will host a movie night at dusk Thursday on the north end of Craig City Park. As it begins to get dark, the group will screen the cartoon “Despicable Me 2” for everyone in attendance.

There is no cost for admission for the family activity, but Grand Futures will be selling popcorn and other concessions.

This is the first installment of the organization’s summer movie night series, which will also include “The Avengers” July 9 and “Cowboys and Aliens” Aug. 11.
