• 8:35 to 8:45 a.m. Consent agenda:
— Review and sign the following documents: Due to/from resolution, Amendment of supplemental budget resolution, Department of Social Services accounts payable and electronic transactions, Office of Emergency Management quarterly reimbursement request and finance report for EMPG expenses, letter appointing Kim White to RETAC Board and EBMS administrative services agreement.
• 8:45 to 9 a.m. General discussion:
— Note commissioners may discuss any topic relevant to county business whether or not the topic has been specifically noted on the agenda
• 9 to 9:30 a.m. Discussion with Bill Mack and Linda DeRose of the Road and Bridge Department
— Present resolution regarding temporary closure of the Brown’s Park swinging bridge for repair, discuss road maintenance permits for CRs 1 and 124
• 9:30 to 9:45 a.m. Discussion with Lynnette Running of the Human Resources Department
— Discuss employee health insurance premiums and employee dental coverage, present health and welfare reserve recommendation
• 9:45 to 10 a.m. Discussion with Tim Jantz of the Sheriff’s Office
— Request waiving bid process for UTV purchase
• 10 to 10:15 a.m. Discussion with Roy Tipton of the Office of Developmental Services
— Request waiving bid process for rebuilding rock wall on HWY 317, approve contract with Anson Excavating for rebuilding rock wally on HWY 317
• 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. Discussion with Rebecca Tyree, County Attorney and Jeremy Snow, Contract Attorney
— Possible executive session pursuant to CRS-24-6-402(4) (e): determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; instructing negotiators re: Board of Assessment Appeals with Questar
