■ 8:35 to 8:45 a.m. Consent agenda:

Review and sign the following documents: Oct. 8 meeting minutes, resolutions for transfer of government funds for the month of October, discharge monitoring report of Limestone Pit No. 10, Department of Social Services purchase of services contract for drug and alcohol screening, mental health core services — addendum of additional services, APEN permits (16), Museum of Northwest Colorado rental storage property lease extension.

■ 8:45 to 9 a.m. General discussion: Announce appointment to the Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees.

■ 9 to 9:15 a.m. Discussion with Mindy Curtis, of the Finance Department
