2) 8:35 to 8:45 a.m.: Consent agenda —
Review and sign the following documents:
a) Approve minutes: June 2
b) Five county core services contract for Mental Health Services with Linda Nolte
c) Voided warrant resolution: 2015-63
d) Concessionaire campground permit agreement(s) with the Forest Service for
Freeman Reservoir and Sherrnan Youth Camp.
e) 2015 fee schedule amendment.
f) Contract with Master works Mechanical to replace Moffat County Courthouse air conditioning unit.
3) 8:45 to 9 a.m.: General discussion

1) 5:30 p.m.: Workshop
a) Presentation from Tara Wojtkiewicz, director of Moffat County Youth Services.
b) Discussion of SB-152 override and enhancing high speed internet access through public/private partnerships.
c) Dan Davidson, curator of Museum of Northwest Colorado, will give an update on the World War II memorial grant project.

a) Renewal of 3.2 percent beer license for Loaf ‘n’ Jug located at 2441 W. Victory Way. No cause shown for denial.
b) Consider granting a two-month extension for a Hotel and Restaurant liquor license for Western Slope Eateries at Stacks Smokehouse. The license will be extended to August 10, 2015. Colorado state liquor division has not yet reviewed the original license application due to staffing shortage.
7) Council reports
a) Representatives from McMahan & Associates will present the 2014 audit report.
9) Other business
a) Consider appointment of Aspen Matthews to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
b) Ordinance No. 1045 — an ordinance amending the Land Use Code in Title 16 of the Craig Municipal Code to add principal uses in C-2 and I-1 zoning districts and to amend accessory uses in RV Parks.
c) Consider approval of a letter from the City Council to the Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE).
