• 8:35 to 8:45 a.m. Consent agenda

— Review and sign the following documents: motocross track lease agreement; resolution designating stationery supplier for 2011; office of emergency management quarterly reimbursement form.

• 8:45 to 9 a.m. General Discussion

— Note that the board may discuss any topic relevant to county business, whether or not the topic has been specifically noted on the agenda.

• 9 to 9:30 a.m. Discussion with Tinneal Gerber of administration

— Present January budget supplemental for approval

• 9:30 to 10 a.m. Discussion with Bill Mack and Linda DeRose of the road and bridge department

— Present bid recommendation for cattle guard iron

— Present Colorado Department of Transportation HUTF certification for signature

— Present contract for landfill consultant with Weaver-Boos

— Approval of the renewal of the hotel and restaurant liquor license for Cugino’s at 572 Breeze St. No cause shown for denial.

— Approval of the request for a temporary liquor license for Peretzler, Inc., doing business as Carelli’s at 465 Yampa Ave.

— Consider a request from Yampa Valley Partners for funding a greenhouse baseline inventory study.

• Other business:

— Award of bid for chemicals for the water and wastewater departments for 2011.

— Resolution No. 3 (2011) approving the final plat of the Hillside Subdivision, phase one.

• Staff reports

— The water and wastewater departments will present December month-end reports.
