• 8:35 to 8:50 a.m. Discussion with Jeff Comstock, of natural resources
— Present letter of support for Club 20’s position on telecommunication services.

• 10 to 10:05 a.m. Call to order, Pledge of Allegiance, moment of silence
• 10:05 to 10:15 a.m. Consent agenda:
— Review and sign the following documents: resolution for the transfer of intergovernmental funds, resolution for the payment of payroll warrants, resolution for the transfer of payroll warrants, resolution regarding retired status of employees with 30 or more years of service, Gilbarco contract, treasurer’s monthly and semi-annual reports, change of contract form for all permits, certifications and authorizations for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, discharge monitoring report, and a contract for salvage metal pickup and disposal.
• 10:15 to 10:30 a.m. General discussion:
Note commissioners may discuss any topic relevant to county business whether or not the topic has been specifically noted on the agenda.
• 10:30 to 11 a.m. Discussion with the board of county commissioners
— Discuss ex-officio assignments and board seat appointments.
• 11 to 11:15 a.m. Discussion with Lynette Running, of human resources
— Present personnel requisition for approval.
• 11:15 to 11:30 a.m. Discussion with Bill Mack and Linda DeRose, of road and bridge
— Present senior snow removal requests for approval.
• 11:30 to Noon Discussion with Jerry Hoberg, of planning and zoning
— Present Coupe exemption.
— Present McMann replat.
