• 8:40 to 8:45 a.m. Consent agenda:

Review and sign the following documents: Approve Feb. 8 meeting minutes; voided warrants resolution; resolution amending county fees and rates; life skills services contract addendum; personal job coach services contract addendum; BMI music license agreement; and monthly treasurer’s report

• 8:45 to 9 a.m. General discussion:

Note that the board may discuss any topic relevant to county business, whether or not the topic has been specifically noted on the agenda. The commission will have a safety meeting during this time.

• 9 to 9:15 a.m. Discussion with Lynette Running, of the human resources department

Award bid for custodial services at Craig City Hall and The Center of Craig

Ordinance No. 1013, a supplemental appropriation ordinance to carry over budgeted 2010 projects or commitments not accomplished in 2010 into the 2011 budget. Second reading.

Resolution No. 4, a resolution appropriating additional funds in the capital projects fun to defray expenses of curb and gutter projects

Discussion of a possible mail ballot for the April municipal election

Intergovernmental agreement with Moffat County Clerk and Recorder to provide support for the April municipal election
