Gallery: Missoula Children’s Theatre — ‘Gulliver’s Travels’
Audiences were transported to a galaxy far, far away with two Saturday performances of Missoula Children’s Theatre, the seventh year the touring stage company has come to Craig.
“Gulliver’s Travels” took the classic tale of an explorer’s fantastic voyages to an intergalactic scale as the title character met the inhabitants of unusual planets on the stage of Moffat County High School with dozens of Craig children in kindergarten through eighth-grade in the musical play.
MCT, which works with programs in all 50 states and 17 countries, was sponsored for its Craig shows by Memorial Regional Health, MRH Foundation, Friends of Moffat County Education, Northwest Colorado Chapter of Parrotheads, Craig Kiwanis Club and Elk Run Inn.
Moffat County’s Dinosaur National Monument has been given a designation that could attract planet-watchers and star-finders from around the world.
