Fitness Tip: Walk it away!

One of the best forms of exercise one can do is walk! Maybe there has been an injury, outdoor allergies, asthma, lack of fitness clothes — no matter what your reason for not running, joining a fitness group or even working out in general, you always can walk. There doesn’t have to be a destination, you can do it in one spot by picking your knees up slowly, moderately or even jogging in place. Wearing a pedometer is a good motivation device to challenge yourself or even friends for the most steps. Work to beat your highest number each day. Set steps or distance goals and shoot for them.
