Fitness Tip: Stay hydrated to avoid muscle cramps
To prevent muscle cramps you need to stay hydrated and stretch your muscles. Make sure to drink plenty of liquids every day.
Fluids help your muscles contract and relax and keep muscle cells hydrated and less irritable.
Stretching before and after exercise for an extended period of time will also help reduce the chance of muscle cramps.
