Fitness Tip: Stay cool in the heat

It is obvious that the daytime temperatures are high these days. When it is scorching outside, you will need to have a strategy for getting your exercise in without running the risk of becoming overheated.

Many people try to exercise earlier in the morning or later in the evening to avoid the hottest part of the day. Another great option is the city swimming pool where you can participate in aquatic exercise groups, swim laps, or just walk in the cooler environment. Also, remember that staying hydrated is key to staving off overheating.
