Fitness Tip: Run or walk the Zombie 5K today

Even a corpse can get up and moving this weekend, so there’s no excuse for you not to be on your feet.

Grand Futures Prevention Coalition and Moffat County Teen Council organized the inaugural Zombie 5K Walk/Run. It’s scheduled to take place at 3 p.m. at Loudy-Simpson Nature Trails today.

It’s $20 for adults and $10 for youth. Dress up like a zombie.
