Fitness Tip: No more excuses
Excuses come very easily, and the most common excuse for not working out is the lack of time in the daily schedule. You can kick this excuse by trying this method: choose a day and schedule a workout any time during that day, even if it is only 10 minutes, and stick to that. Ask yourself at the end of that day if you felt any different, were you more productive, or did you feel strapped for time. Your answer will most likely result in having one less excuse. Even 10 minutes is better than none. But make the most of that time.
