Fitness Tip: Maximize your aerobic exercise

If one of your fitness goals is to reduce body fat, there are a couple of major keys to maximizing your exercise regimen. First, stay aerobic. If you get out of breath, you are working too hard. Fat only burns aerobically, or with oxygen. Secondly, increase your time. Working out up to 45 minutes will greatly increase your fat burning. Your body uses more fat for energy when you are exercising for longer periods.
