Fitness Tip: Holiday eating

With the holidays right around the corner and all those wonderful meals on the menu, it is important to remember to do your best to control your portions. You have worked hard all year to be in better physical shape, so you don’t want to set yourself back by going overboard this time of year. Portion-control is key. You can enjoy all of your favorite holiday foods, just don’t go for second helpings. This will help limit the number of calories you are consuming and keep you on the right track for attaining your fitness goals.
