Fitness Tip: Burning fat with fish oil

While fish oil can be effective in helping to reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer symptoms, inflammation in the joints, it has also been found to increase lean muscle mass and reduce fat mass. The Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition published a study in 2010 speaking of fish oil’s ability to burn fat faster. The Omega-3s found in fish oil have been shown to turn on the fat burning genes in your body. Inflammation in your body can lead to feeling sluggish and can also increase aches and pains making it uncomfortable to exercise. By increasing fat-burning mechanisms and reducing inflammation allowing more a more comfortable workout, you are well on your way to building a fat-burning machine inexpensively.
