Fitness Tip: Be consistent

It is very important to be consistent with your exercise program in order to achieve your fitness goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight or tone up your muscles, exercising regularly will get you there sooner.

It can be a while before you start seeing the benefits of your efforts, especially if you are only getting in one or two workouts per week. Adding an extra day or two on the treadmill or at the gym will greatly ramp up your progression toward your goals, and you will see and feel the benefits of your efforts!
