Fitness Tip: Avoid flimsy flip flops

It’s getting to be that time of year where many of us like to wear sandals or flip flops in the warmer weather. In choosing your summer footwear, it is important to make sure your footwear isn’t too flimsy.

Most feet do better with at least a little support when up and about. If you tend to wear sandals that don’t have enough support, you can develop foot pain from such things as plantar fasciitis. So, make sure you choose quality footwear when getting out in the sun.
