Fitness Tip: Are you stressed?
Even though this time of year is usually full of happiness and cheer, there can still be some stressors that impact your day.
Stress management is an important concept for many people to adopt in order to stay emotionally balanced. In general, exercise tends to be a very effective way to help manage stress, whether it is a regular walking program or hitting the weight room.
Other than exercise, a smart man once guided me to close my eyes and take 10 deep breaths every day, which I have found to be very effective in managing my stresses.
