Fitness Tip: 7 minute workout app helps keep you motivated

A free app in the app store called the 7 minute workout is designed to help people get or stay in shape, and it only takes… wait for it… 7 minutes to complete!

Jumping Jacks, push-ups, wall squats and more are included in the work out, and the app guides participants through the whole process.

The app also helps users track their weight and keep track of their progress in a calendar.
