DUI patrols planned for St. Patrick’s Day weekend

— In preparation for St. Patrick’s Day, the Colorado State Patrol will conduct driving under the influence saturation patrols in Moffat, Rio Blanco, Routt, Grand and Jackson counties, according to a news release. In addition, this will be a period of high visibility and strict enforcement. The increased enforcement period runs today through Thursday.

Those who want to report suspected intoxicated or aggressive drivers can call 384 or 277 on a cell phone. The call is free and will be routed to the nearest appropriate law enforcement agency.
