Don’t forget to vote in Moffat County elections

Craig Daily Press Staff Report

Craig and Moffat County voters have until 7 p.m. Tuesday to submit their completed ballots for the November election.

Moffat County Clerk Lila Herod said those who have not mailed in their ballots already should drop them off at the Moffat County Courthouse in person to ensure they are received before the deadline.

Ballot drop boxes are located outside of the courthouse’s east entrance and in the clerk’s office.

Voters can register as late as Election Day and cast their votes on paper ballots or via electronic voting machines located at the courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way.

Among the items on the local ballot are broadband issues, formation of a Local Marketing District and selection of candidates for Moffat County School District Board of Education and Colorado Northwestern Community College Board of Control.
