7:04 a.m. On the 600 block of Wickes Avenue, officers helped a man push his vehicle out of the snow.
8:15 a.m. On the 1000 block of Yampa Avenue, officers responded to a report of a tire that was stolen off a Ford Taurus parked in a driveway.
8:47 a.m. On the 500 block of Pershing Street, officers responded to a report that the door to the U.S. Post Office had been forced open and white powder had been left on the floor. It is not known if anything was taken from the building.
10:41 a.m. On the 800 block of West First Street, officers responded to a report of fraud. A father believed his daughter’s phone had been hacked. The man planned to contact the phone company.
1:57 p.m. On the 500 block of E. Victory Way, officers responded to a report of harassment. A female was reportedly harassing a man about a car he had purchased but had not registered in his name. Officers advised the man it was a civil matter. The parties agreed to leave each other alone.
2:28 p.m. On the 800 block of Yampa Avenue, officers responded to a report of a brown Subaru believed to have been stolen. Upon investigation, officers determined the front plate had been stolen and contacted the registered owner of the vehicle to get his plate.
3:03 p.m. On the 700 block of Rose Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. The reporting party heard yelling between a man and woman. The pair left in a Chevy pickup truck.
3:57 p.m. On the 900 block of W. First Street, officers responded to a report of a stolen bike.
4:20 p.m. At Cedar Mountain Village, officers responded to a complaint of a person recklessly driving a 4-wheeler through the trailer park, almost hitting a car. Officers were unable to locate the 4-wheeler.
6:41 p.m. On the 800 block of Ashley Road, officers responded to a report of a burglary. Officers searched the house, and nothing appeared to be missing.
6:47 p.m. On the 600 block of Texas Avenue, officers responded to a report of three or four juveniles wearing hoodies, hiding in the shadows and acting suspiciously.
8:02 p.m. On the 1200 block of Marianna Way, officers responded to a report of a possible theft. The back door of a residence was broken and wouldn’t latch. The house had been locked, and no one supposed to be there. Nothing appeared to be missing. Officers attempted to reach the person identified as a suspect in the alleged break-in.
8:11 p.m. Near Rainbow Trailer Park, officers responded to a report of beer bottles being thrown and a possible fight in the street between a male and female who were yelling, causing dogs in the area to bark. The parties were contacted by officers.
10:29 p.m. On the 1400 block of Heather Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. A male and female were yelling and fighting, resulting in a complaint of pain from a broken tooth made by the female. An ambulance was dispatched.
10:55 p.m. On the 900 block of West First Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. The reporting party heard sounds of a fight about to start and saw someone running who almost ran into a car. Officers spoke with the homeowner. The resident agreed not to take action into their own hands and agree to call the police department.
Colorado State Patrol has identified one of two people killed in a head-on car wreck that happened on US Highway 40 outside Kremmling Thursday evening.
