10 and 11:30 a.m. Story time is at the Moffat County Libraries branch in Craig, 570 Green St. Today’s theme is Australia. Ms. Sasah, who lived in the “land down under” for seven years, will read tales about Australia. There will also be an Aboriginal dot art painting activity.



3 to 6 p.m. The Downtown Business Association sponsors a farmer’s market at Alice Pleasant Park. This is the last farmer’s market of the year. They will begin again in July 2008. Call 824-5343.

6:30 p.m. The Moffat County Democrats has its monthly meeting at the Boys & Girls Club of Craig, 1324 E. Victory Way.

7 to 9:30 p.m. The Sweet Adelines are hosting special guest rehearsal where women can learn to sing in the Sunset Elementary music room. Call 824-8326.

Saturday, Sept. 15

9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A scrapbooking meeting is scheduled at the First Baptist Church. Participants are encouraged to bring a dish to share for a potluck lunch, as well as their pictures and ideas. Call Sonja at 620-4290.

Monday, Sept. 17

10 and 11:30 a.m. Story time is at the Moffat County Libraries branch in Craig, 570 Green St. Today’s theme is Constitution Day, as stories to be read are about the U.S. There will also be patriotic activities.

4 p.m. A Multiple Sclerosis support group will at the Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association Craig office, 745 Russell Street, in the Platinum Room. 5:30 p.m. The monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Moffat County Libraries is at Craig branch, 570 Green St. The public is welcome to attend.

Tuesday, Sept. 18

6 p.m. The Craig Intermediate School Parent Advisory Council meets school, 201 E. Ninth St., in the library. All parents are invited and encouraged to attend.
