10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mothers Of Pre–schoolers is having a bake sale fundraiser in front of City Market. All donations will go to MOPS.

5 p.m. The Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary will host its monthly senior citizen dinner at the VFW restaurant. The menu includes ham and beans, coleslaw, corn bread, jello and cookies.

6:15 to 8:15 p.m. Yampa Valley Partners will host “Our Region, Our Future,” the first of two sessions in its 2005 Regional Leadership Summit. The first session is at Centennial Hall in Steamboat Springs. The second session is Oct. 20 in Craig. The registration fee of $45 covers both sessions.

The Craig branch of the Moffat County Library is closed Monday and Tuesday for inventory.

The Craig branch of the Moffat County Library hosts a pumpkin-decorating contest through Oct. 26. The contest is open to all ages. Pumpkin, squash and gords can be entered. No carvings.
