9:30 a.m. The Craig Book Club meets at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. The club will hear Marian Simons’ review of Kathryn Stockett’s “The Help.” Susie Begam-Violette will host. Visitors are welcome. RSVP to Begam-Violette at 824-1956.

10 and 11:30 a.m. Story-time takes place in the children’s room at the Craig branch of the Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St.



11:30 p.m. The Craig Chamber of Commerce board hosts its regular monthly meeting at the Holiday Inn of Craig, 300 S. Colorado Highway 13. The U.S. Small Business Administration also plans to make a short presentation.

5 to 7 p.m. The Craig Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors offer an after-hours business mixer, hosted by the Museum of Northwest Colorado, at the museum, 590 Yampa Ave. There will be food, drinks and a chance to win books from the museum library. Call 824-5689, or e-mail at office@craig-chamber.com.
