9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Aging Well Program’s “Wellness Wednesday” is at American Legion Post No. 62 for individuals ages 50 and older. It includes fitness, tai chi, lunch and CNCC classes throughout the day. This week’s presentation is from Teresa Wright, Region 3 healthier living coordinator, about the upcoming Healthier Living class that starts Nov. 10.
