9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Aging Well Program sponsors Wellness Wednesdays for adults age 50 and older. Options include art, writing, and exercise classes. Lunch is served at each week’s lunchtime presentation. Register for activities before Wednesday. This event takes place at American Legion Post 62, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Call 871-7676 to register.

Noon. A meeting for women only of the Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous takes place at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. Call Bud at 824-1793.

3:30 to 7 p.m. Aging Well older than 50 swimming takes place at the American Legion Post 62 pool, 1055 Moffat County Road 7.

5:15 p.m. Craig Parks and Recreation Doak Walker Football third- and fourth-grade teams play at Woodbury Sports Complex, 350 S. Mack Lane.

6 to 9 p.m. Holistic Health & Fitness, 420 Breeze St., hosts the Clean Eating & Cooking Class, a seminar designed to teach participants how to plan, shop for and eat clean and healthy meals to manage weight, resist disease, have more energy and save money. Cost is $10 for dinner. RSVP by calling Karrie Booth at 824-4700.
