7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunset Elementary School hosts a Scholastic Book Fair. Open to families, teachers and the community, the fair will feature the medieval theme: Enter the Kingdom of Reading — Where Books Rule.
4 to 6 p.m. There will be a flu shot clinic at The Visiting Nurse Association. No appointment is necessary. Adult shots are $18, and children’s shots range from free to $15 on a sliding fee schedule.
5:15 p.m. The Humane Society of Moffat County will meet at the Golden Cavvy Restaurant, 538 Yampa Ave. The meeting is open to the public. Call 870-7500.
5 to 6 p.m. Visitors to the Craig branch of the Moffat County Library, 570 Green St., can learn how to create journals, make holiday gifts and tell family stories.

8:30 a.m. Moffat County commissioners meet every Tuesday in the Moffat County Court House, 300 Fourth St.
Noon to 3 p.m. Love Inc. will distribute coats to people in need, regardless of income. The group will distribute coats at the Yampa Valley Pregnancy Center, 356 Ranney St. For information, call 824-5204.
6:30 p.m. Communidad Integrada will host a presentation on civil rights and responsibilities at Craig Intermediate School, 201 E. Ninth St. Organizers will present the workshop in English and Spanish. The event is open to the public.
7:30 p.m. Craig City Council meets the second and fourth Tuesday every month in City Hall, 300 W. Fourth St.

11 a.m. Members of the local VFW post will conduct a veterans’ memorial ceremony at Moffat County High School’s flagpole, 775 Yampa Ave.
Noon to 7 p.m. Centennial Mall, 1111 W. Victory Way, will host a holiday craft show.
