6 p.m. The Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way, hosts bingo each Friday night. Fifteen games are played with a minimum payout of $1,000 each night. Doors open at 5 p.m.

7 p.m. Steamboat Springs Orchestra performs a holiday concert at Moffat County High School. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youths.

7 to 9 p.m. Celebrate Recovery meets at First Baptist Church, 1150 W. Ninth St. The purpose of the group is to help people overcome hurts, habits and hang-ups, in a safe environment. Live worship music and child care is provided. Late comers welcome. Call Caroline 620-0659.

Saturday, Dec. 1

The VFW Ladies Auxiliary No. 4264 hosts its monthly Senior Citizen’s Dinner at the VFW Restaurant. Menu items include turkey and noodles, biscuits and cranberry poke coke.

9 a.m. A moving sale, sponsored by the Humane Society of Moffat County, is at Craig Self Storage, on the corner of Highway 40 and Woodbury, Unit D-31 and 32. Proceeds go to the Humane Society.

11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Santa Claus will be at the Centennial Mall, sponsored by DECA.

4 to 5 p.m. Trapper Fitness Center, 261 Commerce St., hosts the Sober and Clean Clinic. The clinic is open to anyone. Anonymity will be protected. Call 824-6932.

4:30 p.m. The Sunset Elementary School choir performs at the VFW Senior dinner. The dinner is at 5 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 2

1:30 p.m. The Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary bingo is at the VFW Hall, 419 E. Victory Way. The event is open to the public. Sunday bingo sessions occur every week. Contact Mary Walters, 824-2923.

Monday, Dec. 3

9 to 11 a.m. Toddler/preschool playgroup is at Serendipity’s. Call Kevin 824-1703.

6:30 p.m. Holistic Health & Fitness Center is hosting a healthy potluck exchange at its 420 Breeze St. location, where dishes and recipes can be exchanged. For more information or to RSVP, call 824-4700.

Tuesday, Dec. 4

4 to 7 p.m. City Market hosts its third annual Christmas open house.

5:45 to 7 p.m. The Youth Wellness Initiative is at Moffat County High School, Room 308, to create a campaign to prevent underage drinking. This campaign will focus on parent responsibility, community education and youth access to alcohol in our community. Refreshments will be provided. Call Diane Miller at 871-7609.

6:30 to 8:15 p.m. “Pulse” Young group, for youths ages 11 to 18, meets every Tuesday at the New Creation Church in the Centennial Mall. Call 756-0010.

7 p.m. Comunidad Integrada offers a free English and Spanish learning club, Intercambio, every Tuesday at the Boys & Girls Club of Craig, 1324 E. U.S. Highway 40. Call 846-5521.

Wednesday, Dec. 5

8 a.m. The Craig Downtown Business Association meets at Serendipity Coffee Shop, 576 Yampa Ave. The second Wednesday of each month is a meet-and-greet, hosted by a local business.

Thursday, Dec. 6

5 to 7 p.m. A Craig Chamber of Commerce business after hours mixer takes place at T&H Napa Auto Parts, 400 Taylor St., which is sponsoring the event. The mixer will include food, drinks and door prizes.

5 to 8 p.m. The annual Nativity Set will be on display at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Ninth and Finley. The display is open to the public. Call Coleen Fenton at 824-9638 or Heidi Bohne at 824-5337.
