1 p.m. The Fall Grief Support Group meets every Tuesday until Dec. 13, in the Visiting Nurse Association’s Silver Room, 745 Russell St. The group is for adults who have lost loved ones. For information, call 824-8233, ext. 7682.

7 p.m. A support group for the parents of methamphetamine addicts meets in the library of Calvary Baptist Church, 1050 Yampa Ave. The group is confidential and has no religious affiliation.

Wednesday, Nov. 16

7 p.m. The VFW Ladies Auxiliary No. 4265 will host its annual turkey bingo at the VFW hall, 419 E. Victory Way. The group uses all proceeds for community activities.

Friday, Nov. 18

10 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be a flu shot clinic at The Visiting Nurse Association. No appointment is necessary. Adult shots are $18, and children’s shots range from free to $15 on a sliding fee schedule.

Saturday, Nov. 19

9 a.m. to 2 p.m. St. Michael’s Church will host its Altar & Rosary’s annual bazaar, 678 School St. Breakfast rolls and Mexican lunch will be offered. For information, call 824-6109.

10 a.m. Hands-On Quilters will meet at the Craig Fire Station, 419 Yampa Ave. for a catch-up session. Participants are encouraged to bring unfinished projects. For information, call 824-2567.

Sunday, Nov. 20

1 p.m. Tugs and Traces, a horse-driving club, will meet for a potluck dinner and discuss its winter schedule. The club will meet at the home of Richard and Sylvia McFeaters. For directions, call the McFeaters, 824-6630.

5 p.m. Members of the United Mine Workers of America will meet at the Center of Craig, 601 Yampa Ave.

Friday, Nov. 25

6:30 p.m. The Craig chapter of Ducks Unlimited’s 25th annual banquet is at the Holiday Inn. Tickets are $45 each or $65 for a couple and are available by calling 824-8252. This includes a membership. Corporate tables are available.

5:15 p.m. The Humane Society of Moffat County will have a special meeting at the Golden Cavvy Restaurant, 538 Yampa Ave. The meeting is open to the public.

Wednesday, Nov. 30

5 p.m. to 7 p.m. SHARE, a program working to provide affordable groceries, will register participants at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 678 School St. Call Karen Gibson 824-7939.
