9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Aging Well Program’s “Wellness Wednesday” is at American Legion Post No. 62 for individuals ages 50 and older. It includes art, writing and exercise classes throughout the day. Lunch is served at each week’s presentation. To register for activities, call 871-7676.

Noon. A meeting for women only of the Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous takes place at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. Call Bud at 824-1793.

3:30 to 7 p.m. Aging Well age 50 and older swimming takes place at the American Legion Post 62 pool, 1055 Moffat County Road 7.

5:15 p.m. The Craig Beautification Committee meets at the Craig Chamber of Commerce, 360 E. Victory Way. Various projects are being planned, and workshops are happening. The meeting is open to the public.

Thursday, May 7

8:30 to 10 a.m. Senior swimnastics takes place at the American Legion Post 62 pool, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Call 824-3625.

10 and 11:30 a.m. Story-time takes place at the Craig branch of the Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St. Miss Trish will read to visitors. The library will honor Mother’s Day during this time. Call 824-5116.

6 p.m. Holistic Health & Fitness, 420 Breeze St., offers a free guided meditation and centering class. The class is open to the public. Visitors are advised to wear comfortable clothes. Call Karrie Booth at 824-4700.

5 p.m. The Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way, hosts bingo. Doors open at 5 p.m. Games begin at 6:15 p.m. Call Frank at 824-6131 or 620-0874.

7 p.m. Fellowship Group of Alcoholics Anonymous meets at 419 Yampa Ave. Call 326-6646.

7 to 9 p.m. Celebrate Recovery meets at 1150 W. Ninth St. The group is designed to help people overcome hurts, habits and hang-ups. Child care is provided, and late-comers are welcome. Call 824-5926.
