8 a.m. to 3 p.m. St. Marks Episcopal Church & Lutheran Church of Grace, 657 Green St., hosts its annual rummage sale. Proceeds are used for community and global outreach programs.
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The city of Craig hosts Craig Clean Up Days at the north end of City Park. Residents can drop off rimless tires and all electrical appliances for free. Interstate Battery will collect used car batteries for free, and donate $5 to Relay for Life for every battery accepted. Call 824-4463.
10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Craig’s Annual Plant & Bulb Exchange takes place at Alice Pleasant Park in downtown Craig. Visitors are encouraged to bring extra bulbs, plants and seedlings to sell, swap or give away. Call 620-4917.
11 a.m. The Sixth Annual Hometown Heroes picnic takes place at the south end of Craig City Park. The Craig Daily Press and McDonald’s is sponsoring the event, which is a tribute to the men and women of the armed services. It is a free community lunch open to all.
1 p.m. Unicyclists meet at Alice Pleasant Park. Call Kevin Morris at 824-1703.
1 to 2 p.m. SHARE Craig distribution day takes place at St. Michael Catholic Church, 678 School St. Call Karen at 824-7939.
2 to 3:30 p.m. A new Caregiver Support Group for residents of Moffat and Routt counties takes place at The Haven Adult Day Services Building in Hayden. The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association is sponsoring the group. Call 875-1888 or 276-4484.
5 and 7 p.m. The Brown’s Hole Homemakers’ Club sponsors a spring dance at Lodore Hall in Browns Park. Music is provided by the John-Wayne Band. Doors open at 5 p.m. The dance begins at 7 p.m. Admission is free. Call 272-3213 or 269-3000.
8 p.m. An open meeting of Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous takes place at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. Call Bud at 824-1793.
