9:30 a.m. The Craig Book Club meets at Serendipity coffee shop. The book “Prince of the Clouds” will be discussed. Call Susie at 824-1956.



7 p.m. The Moffat County High School Extravaganza Concert, featuring the choir and the band, will perform in the high school auditorium.

7 p.m. The Neighborhood Watch, a subcommittee of COMA, meets at The Memorial Hospital in the cafeteria.

8 p.m. Al-Anon, a support group for family and friends of loved ones afflicted with alcohol abuse, meets until 9 p.m. at 50 S. Ranney St. Call 824-7320.

10 a.m. The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association is offering immunizations every Monday and Friday. New clients should bring in their records 24 to 48 hours before their appointment dates. Children younger than 18 must be accompanied by their parents or present a signed permission slip from a parent. Medicaid recipients should bring their cards. Call VNA at 824-8233.

7 p.m. The Jeremiah People, a Christian music theater group, will perform at the Calvary Baptist Church, 1050 Yampa Ave.

8 a.m. As part of the Craig Clean-Up Days, the Craig Solid Waste Department will be accepting tires without rims and appliances from city and county residents until 4 p.m.

10 a.m. The Moffat County Humane Society meets at the Golden Cavvy Restaurant. Anyone interested should attend. Call 870-7500 for more information.

Noon There is a “Test and Tune” weekend at Hayden Speedway for all those interested in racing. Call Jaceson at 826-1652.

7 p.m. Craig Women’s Bowling Association will hold its spring meeting at the Veterans of Foreign Wars, 419 E. Victory Way. There will be discussion concerning the transition into the United States Bowling Congress. This meeting is for election of officers and a director. 8:30 a.m. Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) meets at Calvary Baptist, 1050 Yampa Ave., from until 11a.m. The cost is $6, which includes breakfast, crafts and speakers. Children are welcome. Call 824-0101.

11:30 a.m. Craig/Moffat County Economic Development Partnership will hold its annual meeting at the Holiday Inn. Board elections will take place.

7:30 a.m. Craig Senior Citizens are going to see the Rockies play the Giants at Coors Field. They plan to be back in Craig by 9:30 p.m. The cost of the trip is $35. Space is limited. Call 826-2004 to sign up.
