9 a.m. The Moffat County Commission hosts a workshop in the Moffat County Courthouse basement floor conference room with Gar Williams, Colorado American Legion commander, to discuss the status of the American Legion Post 62 headquarters in Craig. 1 p.m. The Moffat County Commission hosts a workshop in the Moffat County Courthouse basement floor conference room with George Rohrich, The Memorial Hospital chief executive officer, and County Attorney Kathleen Taylor to discuss concerns from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration about the hospital’s medical office building at 651 Yampa Ave. The public is welcome to attend. 6:30 to 8:15 p.m. “Pulse,” a New Creation Church youth group, meets at the Centennial Mall, 1111 W. Victory Way. Ages 11 to 18 are welcome.

7 p.m. Fellowship Group of Alcoholics Anonymous meets at 419 Yampa Ave. Call 326-6646.

6:50 a.m. The Craig Rotary Club meets at the Golden Cavvy, 538 Yampa Ave. Visitors are welcome to attend. Call 826-4444.

8:30 to 10 a.m. Senior swimnastics takes place at the American Legion Post 62 pool, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Call 824-3625.

8:30 a.m. to noon. The Moffat County Commission meets at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way. The meeting is open to the public. Call 824-5517.

Noon. The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association hosts a Grief and Mourning Support & Education Group each Tuesday at the Craig VNA office, 745 Russell St. The group is open to any adult grieving the death of a loved one. Call Neil Folks at 871-7660.

4 to 7 p.m. An open house to recognize Moffat County School District Superintendent Pete Bergmann for his dedication and service is at American Legion Post 62, 1055 County Road 7.

8 p.m. A closed meeting of Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous takes place at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. Closed meetings are only for people with a desire to stop drinking. Call Bud at 824-1793.

Wednesday, June 3

9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association’s Aging Well Program takes place at the American Legion Post 62, 1055 Moffat County Road 7.
