5:15 p.m. The Humane Society of Moffat County’s monthly meeting will be held at the Golden Cavvy Resturant, 538 Yampa Ave. The public is invited to attend. Call 870-7500.

Tuesday, July 10

10:30 and 11 a.m. SHARE Craig registration takes place at Sunset Meadow II in the community room at 10:30 a.m., and in Sunset Meadows I at 11 a.m. Call 326-3003.

7 p.m. Comunidad Integrada offers a free English and Spanish learning club, Intercambio, every Tuesday at the Boys & Girls Club of Craig, 1324 E. U.S. Highway 40. Call 846-5521.

Wednesday, July 11

8 a.m. The Craig Downtown Business Association meets at Serendipity Coffee Shop, 576 Yampa Ave. The second Wednesday of each month is a meet-and-greet, hosted by a local business.

1 to 3 p.m. The Moffat County Library presents the Crime Caper Mystery. Third- to fifth-graders are invited to come the library, 570 Green St., to help solve a crime caper. Space is limited, and tickets are required. Free tickets are available at the library.

5 to 7 p.m. SHARE Craig registration takes place at St. Michael Catholic Church, 678 School St. Call 824-7939.

5:30 p.m. The Craig Beautification Committee holds a business meeting at the Chamber of Commerce, 360 E. Victory Way.

Thursday, July 12

11 a.m. The Moffat County Library presents Story Time at City Park, featuring “Mysterious Cats.” Children will follow clues around the park to find the hidden mystery cat. Event may be cancelled because of bad weather. Call 824-5116 to confirm.

Friday, July 13

3 to 4 p.m. The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association honors Carrie Godes, director of community care, during a community celebration at the Craig VNA office, 745 Russell St. Godes is relocating to Glenwood Springs. Call the VNA at 824-8233.

7 to 9 p.m. Celebrate Recovery meets at First Baptist Church, 1150 W. Ninth St. Child care is provided. Call Caroline 620-0659.

9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The vacation bible school program, Avalanche Ranch – A Wild Ride through God’s Word, will be held at Ridgeview Church of God, 690 Riford Road. Participants can register on the day of VBS or pre-register at 824-9619.

Tuesday, July 17

9 to 9:30 a.m. The Moffat County Department of Social Services distributes United States Department of Agriculture commodities at the Maybell Community Center. Recipients must be recertified each year. A picture ID, proof of address and income or current eligibility is required. Call 824-8282.
