8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Senior swimnastics takes place at the American Legion Post 62 pool, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Call 824-3625.

10 and 11:30 a.m. Story time takes place at the Craig branch of the Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St. Families can enjoy guest speakers, skits, activities and songs. Call 824-5116.

4 to 6 p.m. A free hot lunch is served at St. Michael Catholic Church, 678 School St. The church is looking for volunteers to help set up and cook and drivers to help deliver meals. Call 824-5330.



6 to 7:30 p.m. The ninth annual Literacy Carnival for children in preschool through fifth grade accompanied by an adult is at Sunset Elementary School, 800 W. Seventh St.

The event includes games and prizes. Children can take a book or two to trade. Call Sunset Elementary School at 824-5762.



7 p.m. The Craig Concert Association presents a performance by guitarist Edgar Cruz inside the auditorium at Moffat County High School, 900 Finley Lane. The cost is $20 at the door, or free with an association membership. Visit http://www.craigconcerts.org.

8 p.m. An open meeting of Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous takes place at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. Call Bud at 824-1793.

Friday, Jan. 21

8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Moffat County School Board hosts a retreat at the school district administrative building, 775 Yampa Ave. The retreat is open to the public.

7 p.m. Fellowship Group of Alcoholics Anonymous meets at 657 Green St. Call 326-6646.

7 to 9 p.m. Celebrate Recovery meets at 1150 W. Ninth St. The group is designed to help people overcome hurts, habits and hang-ups. Childcare is provided, and late-comers are welcome. Call 824-5926.
