8:30 a.m. Moffat County commis–sioners meet in commissioner chambers at Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way.

9 a.m. The annual Private Pesticide Applicator Training course will be all day at the CSU Extension Office at 539 Barclay St. For information, call 824-9180.



6 p.m. First Christian Church will host an evening of music and food. Cedar Mountain Ensemble will provide entertainment, and Mexican food will be served. The event is free, but donations are accepted.

6:30 p.m. The Colorado Wilderness Network sponsors a free multimedia expedition to Africa’s Mount Kilimanjaro at The Center of Craig, Yampa Avenue and Sixth Street. The visual and audio event will be presented by Steve Bonowski, an adventure travel trip leader for the Colorado Mountain Club. Call Luke at 824-5241 for more information.



7:30 p.m. The Craig City Council meets in council chambers of Craig City Hall, 300 W. Fourth St.

Wednesday, Feb. 15

11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Craig/Moffat County Economic Development Par–tnership board meets at Holiday Inn. A representative from the Yampa Valley Regional Airport will attend to update the board on activities at the airport.

3 to 8 p.m. The Northwest Colo–rado Stewardship will meet at the Moffat County Fairgrounds pavilion. The group will discuss the community alternative for the BLM Resource Management Plan revision.

7 p.m. Overeaters Anonymous meets Wednesdays at the First Congreg-ational Church. Call 824-6915.

Thursday, Feb. 16

10 and 11:30 a.m. The Moffat County Library will host story-hour. The topic is dinosaur delights. Story-hour is at the library, 570 Green St.

7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Boys & Girls Club of Craig will be open. There will be an afternoon charge of $10 for all members who want to participate after 1 p.m. Scholarships are available upon request. Call ahead to determine qualification. Free lunch will be provided at noon, as well as a morning and afternoon snack. There will be no transportation available to or from the club. Call Jonathan or Mike at 826-0411.

Monday, Feb. 20

All branches of the Moffat County Libraries will be closed for the Pres–ident’s Day holiday. The Moffat County Library board of trustees meets at 5:30 p.m. at the Craig branch library.
