11 a.m. A public hearing on the 2008-09 Community Services Block Grant takes place in the Moffat County Commission chamber at the Moffat County Courthouse.

All branches of the Moffat County Libraries are scheduled to be closed for computer upgrades.

8 a.m. The Craig Downtown Business Association meets at Serendipity Coffee Shop, 576 Yampa Ave. The second Wednesday of each month is a meet-and-greet, hosted by a local business.

9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Aging Well’s all-day program, “Wellness Wednesdays,” is at the American Legion Building for adults “50 and Better.” The lunchtime presentation is “Living with Low Vision and Aging” by Deb Dunaway, OIB Program coordinator and job coach with the Independent Life Center, Inc.
