10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Story-time takes place at the Craig branch of the Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St. Families can enjoy guest speakers, skits, activities and songs. Call 824-5116.

2 to 4 p.m. Love In The Name of Christ of the Yampa Valley has a coat distribution at Friendship United Methodist and Seventh-day churches at the corner of Seventh and Barclay streets. Anyone who needs a coat may receive one regardless of their income. Love INC limits residents to one coat per person per year. Call Love INC at 826-4400.



2:30 to 4 p.m. A free workshop for seniors enrolled in Medicare Part D is at the Maybell School. Take Medicare cards and prescriptions. Call Medicare counselor Betsy Packer at 879-0633.

5 to 7 p.m. Downtown Hayden businesses host the Hayden Holiday Stroll. Businesses offer discounts and refreshments.

5 to 8 p.m. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints hosts its seventh annual nativity display at the church, at the corner of Ninth Street and Finley Lane. Enter through the north door.

7 p.m. Bryce Mackie, a documentary filmmaker and suicide survivor, gives a community presentation at the Moffat County High School auditorium, 900 Finley Lane. Reaching Everyone Preventing Suicide hosts the presentation, which is free and open to the public. Call Ronna Autrey at 846-8182.

8 p.m. An open meeting of Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous takes place at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. Call Bud at 824-1793.

Friday, Dec. 3

4 p.m. Today is the deadline to enter the Annual Downtown Gingerbread House Contest. Take entries to the Museum of Northwest Colorado, 590 Yampa Ave. Call The Kitchen Shop at 824-8148 or KS Kreations at 824-2151.
