9 a.m. The Rally for the Cure Golf event will be held at the Yampa Valley Golf Course. It is a scramble format. There is a $40 entry fee, which includes lunch, prizes and a Golf for Women magazine subscription. The fee does not cover green fees or cart. The event benefits the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and the Moffat County Cancer Society. Call Susan at 824-9656.

7 p.m. Horizons hosts Casino Night at the Craig Holiday Inn. Tickets are $75 and include $50 in gambling chips. Additional chips are $25 for $100 in chips. Plans are for an appetizer buffet, grand prizes, door prizes and a cash bar. Horizons is a non-profit to help locals with developmental disabilities.

7 p.m. Moffat County High School “Magic Magic Magic show.” The Humane Society of Moffat County is sponsoring the Magic Magic Show to raise funds for special needs at the shelter, care for abused and abandoned animals, and medical expenses such as vaccination and the spay/neuter program. To support the Humane Society you may purchase kids tickets, which you may give to some children, or the tickets may be donated to children in the local area on your behalf.
