Using email to grow your business,” in the main floor conference room of the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way. The cost is $15, which includes lunch, or free for Chamber or CMEDP members. 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. A free hot lunch is served at St. Michael Catholic Church, 678 School St. The church is looking for volunteers to help set up and cook, as well as drivers to deliver some meals. Call 824-5330.
Participate in The Longevity Project
The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.
