9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Aging Well Program sponsors Wellness Wednesdays for adults ages 50 and older at American Legion Post 62, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Options include art, writing and exercise classes. Lunch is served at each week’s lunchtime presentation. Call 871-7676.

Thursday, April 14

9:30 a.m. The Craig Book Club meets at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 657 Green St. Club member Jan Rinker reviews Sarah Blake’s “The Postmistress.” Call Marian Simons at 824-7368.

11 a.m. Hayden Congregational Church Women’s Fellowship hosts its annual spring Soup & Salad Luncheon at Hayden Congregational Church, 202 E. Jefferson Ave., Hayden. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children younger than 5. Call Shelly Flannery at 757-0006.

4 p.m. The Moffat County High School varsity baseball team plays Rangely High School at Craig Middle School, 915 Yampa Ave.

5:05 to 6:30 p.m. The 5:05 Drinks program takes place at Vallarta’s Mexican Restaurant, 1111 W. Victory Way. The focus of the program is backyard gardening and greenhouses. The event is free. Call Kate Nowak at 824-1133.

6 p.m. The Moffat County High School varsity baseball team plays Rangely High School at Craig Middle School, 915 Yampa Ave.

6:30 to 9 p.m. The Craig/Moffat Economic Development Partnership offers a free class for entrepreneurs hoping to start a small business titled “First steps — How to start a business 101” in the second-floor meeting room at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way. Call 756-1885 to RSVP.

Friday, April 15

9 to 11 a.m. Playgroup for toddler/preschool-age children takes place at the Early Childhood Development Preschool at the Moffat County School District administrative building, 775 Yampa Ave. Call Carissa at 826-9742.

4 p.m. The Moffat County High School girls varsity soccer team plays Eagle Valley High School at Woodbury Sports Complex, 350 Mack Lane.

5 p.m. The Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way, hosts bingo. Doors open at 5 p.m. Games begin at 6:15 p.m. Call Frank at 824-6131 or 620-0874.
