Craig teen injured in ATV accident: On the Record — May 2

9:15 a.m. On the 800 block of West First Street, police in Craig assisted another law enforcement agency. Officers assisted Moffat County Sheriff’s Office jail staff with an uncooperative inmate.

1:22 p.m. On the 700 block of East Victory Way, police in Craig executed a warrant. Officers arrested a 27-year-old Craig man.

8:18 p.m. Near Hospital Loop, police in Craig responded to a theft call. A caller reported a tool theft from a job site at Memorial Regional Health hospital.

9:08 p.m. On the 1000 block of North Yampa Avenue, police in Craig responded to an injury crash call. Craig police said a juvenile was injured in an ATV accident, though no additional information was available Friday.

9:53 p.m. On the 2000 block of West Victory Way, police in Craig responded to a theft call. A caller reported a theft from Walmart, but police were unable to make contact with a suspect.

According to the Craig Police Department incident log, police in Craig responded to 53 calls for service Thursday.
